JURIED CRAFT FAIR & GIFT AUCTION
Saturday, December 2, 2006
9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Welcome to our annual Craft Fair and Gift Auction. We hope you have an
enjoyable (and profitable) day. Below is some information regarding set-up,
clean-up, space assignments, special requests, breaks, etc.
- 1. You can set up either Friday night, December 1st, from 8:30 – 10:00
pm, or Saturday morning, 7:00 – 9:00 am. Should you choose to set up on
Friday, please arrive no earlier than 8:30 pm, and unload by the Cedar
Avenue entrance. Students will be available to help you unload your vehicle
on Friday night or Saturday morning.
- 2. Spaces will be marked with space number and maps and lists of space
assignments will be posted at each door during set up times.
- 3. The show will close at 4:00 pm on Saturday. Students will be available
to help you bring your crafts to your vehicle.
- 4. Members of the Band Boosters and band members will be available to
assist you as needed throughout the day. Should you need someone to watch
your display for a short break, restroom, food, etc., simply ask someone
wearing a Point Pleasant Borough HS Band shirt.
- 5. You must provide your own tables, chairs, and displays.
- 6. All gym spaces are 10 feet of frontage, and at least 6 feet deep. If
you are at the end of an aisle, you will have two sides of frontage. If you
have both end spaces, please close in the end of the aisle. Hall spaces are
12 feet of frontage, and five feet deep. Please do not extend your hall
space beyond five feet from the wall, as it may cause congestion in the
hallway.
- 7. Those requiring electricity have been placed along the walls near to
where the outlets are located. However, please bring an extension cord at
least 25 feet long. No extension cords may be strung overhead. Fire
regulations will be strictly enforced.
- 8. Parking for craft exhibitors is on the south side of the high school
near the tennis courts. This is important! If you need assistance moving
your vehicle, please let the CREW know. Please see the map on the attached
sheet for the location of the parking area.
- 9. Please clean your area when leaving on Saturday.
- 10. The Point Pleasant Borough Band Boosters and/or Point Pleasant Borough
School will not be responsible for losses of any nature during the show.
- 11. Please use enclosed coupon for a free cup of coffee and buttered roll.

- 13. If you have been so kind as to donate an item for our gift auction,
one of the Band Boosters will stop by your display early on Saturday morning
to collect it. Thank you!
